1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of thunderbros.net (the “website”). The website is operated by Thunder Brothers Studio LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London SE19 3BD, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What the website is for
The website provides information about our studio and our games. We do not sell anything directly on the website and we do not take payments through it.
3. Our games and where to buy them
Our games are, or will be, distributed digitally through third-party game stores for PC and mobile devices. When you buy one of our games or an in-game item, you buy it through the store you use, under that store’s terms of sale, payment and refund rules. Please also read our Refund Policy.
Our debut game, Raid & Rage, is in development. Descriptions, features, editions, platforms and release dates shown on the website describe our current plans and may change before release.
4. Prices
Prices shown on the website are indicative recommended retail prices in US dollars. The final price is set and charged by the store at the time of purchase and may differ by country, currency, taxes and store promotions.
5. Using the website
You may use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
- introduce viruses or other harmful material, or interfere with the normal operation of the website;
- copy or scrape the website in bulk by automated means.

The website and its content, including our logos, artwork, text and code, are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify them without our written permission, except for sharing links to the website or quoting small parts for non-commercial review, news or discussion with attribution.

We provide the website free of charge and “as is”. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

If a court or other competent authority decides that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
