Refund Policy
1. What we sell
Thunder Brothers Studio LLP sells digital products only: games and in-game items. We do not sell physical goods, so there is nothing to ship or return.
Our games and in-game items are sold through third-party game stores for PC and mobile devices. We do not sell anything directly on this website and we do not process payments.
2. Refunds for store purchases
Because the store takes your payment, refunds are requested from and issued by the store you bought from, under that store’s refund policy. Most stores let you request a refund from your purchase history or account page. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves, because we do not hold your payment details.
3. Your statutory rights in the UK
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have legal rights that this policy does not limit:
- Cancellation. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. This right ends once the download or streaming has started, if you agreed to it starting immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel.
- Faulty content. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem within a reasonable time, to a price reduction, which can be a full refund.
Consumers in other countries may have similar rights under their local law.
4. In-game purchases
If an in-game item you paid for was not delivered, disappeared or does not work as described, write to us first at hello@thunderbros.net with the date of purchase, the item and the platform. We will check the purchase and restore the item, or help you request a refund from the store.
